I’m Chris Pardoe, the founder of Body Language Chris, and I’ve spent over 20 years in recruitment mastering the craft of reading people beyond their words. My career has taken me through the highs and lows of the corporate world, where I’ve conducted more than 10,000 interviews, built teams, and managed countless HR processes. Through these experiences, I realized one fundamental truth: what people don’t say often matters more than what they do. That’s where body language comes in.
As a Body Language Specialist, NLP Master Practitioner, and Personality Profiler, I’ve honed my ability to decode non-verbal cues that shape how we communicate, build relationships, and make decisions.
